Hot air oven for sterilizing and drying Laboratory Glassware

Hot air oven are use for drying and sterilizing laboratory glassware such as beakers, test tubes, flasks etc. These are a commonly used in almost all types of laboratories. Our hot air ovens are made for greater accuracy, uniform air circulation and easy operation. These units are equipped with air blower, heater and a digital temperature controller. Large units are also equipped with wheels for easy mobility. The major application includes, material testing, ageing of electronic chips, drying of glassware, hardening of plastic resin and general heating etc.


We have been manufacturing hot air ovens for over 25 years and each unit was designed for excellent temperature accuracy and reliability for long years of operation without any maintenance. These ovens meet national and international quality standards. iLabot hot air ovens are made in 100 liters, 200 liters, 500 liters and 1000 liters of capacities or more. The temperature range may vary from ambient+10°C to 250°C, 300°C and 400°C.


These units feature double walled rugged construction; external chamber is made with powder coated MS while inner chamber is made with stainless steel. High grade glass wool insulation keep outer surface cooler even at high temperature. For uniform air circulation imported motor blower assembly is fitted inside the chamber. For temperature control, a PID controller is fitted with PT100 sensor, values are measured according to DIN12880 standard. Each hot air oven is supplied with 2 to 5 shelves made of stainless steel.
