Vacuum Oven for Extracting Moisture from Heat Sensitive items

Vacuum Ovens are used for heat drying of powder form materials(generally). The objective of using vacuum drying technique is to minimize loss of test product actual composition except moisture/water present in the test material. As vacuum is prime feature of this oven; therefore, it is equipped with analog dial type pressure gauge with range of 30psi. For temperature control, a digital PID controller is fitted at front panel. Vacuum valves and fittings are fitted at top or side of the machine. Our vacuum ovens are available in different sizes and can be further customized according to customer provided specifications. Each unit is made according to ASTM and CE standards for excellent safety and efficiency.


Our laboratory vacuum ovens are manufactured in different capacities such as 10 liters, 15 liters and 40 liters or more. Each unit is made with double walled construction with powder coated MS external chamber and stainless steel 304 heavy gauge sheet inner chamber. The gap between these two walls is filled by high density glass wool in order minimize thermal loss. The joints are welded efficiently so that you can easily work for long hours and days without any vacuum loss. Toughened glass window is fitted at door to see through inside the chamber.

Inner Chamber: Inner Chamber is constructed with Thickstainless steel 304
Outer Chamber: Outer Chamber of vacuum Oven is made from mild steel sheet pre greased, pretreated and powder coated for rust proofing.
Door: Door has a thick tempered toughen glass window perfectly sealed with silicon rubber gasket for observation without disturbing thermal condition. Proper door alignment to ensure excellent vacuum performance & operate safety secure door latch and continuous silicon gasket on vacuum chamber provide a tight seal & maintain a vacuum leak rate of less than 1 Hg. per 24 hour period.
Insulation: There is 75mm glass wool insulation between the chambers to prevent heat loss.
Heaters: ISI marked heaters fitted at 3 sides
Temperature Controller: Digital temp indicator cum controller helps in controlling the temperature.
