Kjeldahl digestion for testing Nitrogen content

Micro Kjeldahl units are used to determine the quantity of Nitrogen in an organic or inorganic test samples. The primary test function is to heat the sample with sulphuric acid and after adding catalyst agents, the level of nitrogen can be recorded. Kjeldahl units made by iLabot Technologies are available with optional accessories like glass parts and clamps, digital indicators, temperature controllers alongg with inbuilt safety feature to prevent accidental burns due to contact with heating element.

Kjeldahl Construction Features

Construction: Kjeldahl unit is made by using industry best raw materials to ensure structural integrity and durablity. Our products are known for operating for years without breaking down.

Portable: With a front-loading design and the unit can be placed on benchtops(if required), it is portable in nature and can be operated within limited space availability.

Rust Proof: We use corrosion resistant products which helps prevention of rust even after working with hard chemicals over prolonged durations.

Capacity: Our standard units are made with 3 or 6 test mantle bases for testing. Customization can be done as per requirements.

Safe for use: The heater assemblies are recessed into the top insulating board to minimize accidental personnel contact with the hot heater element.

Adjustable: The Two rear brackets provide flexible mounting for glass manifold or flask support rod. Each flask consists of a tubular heater elements and a stainless steel cup.

Digital Indicators: Digital Temperature controller cum indicator are also available on order.
