Vertical autoclaves are also known as steam sterilizers. Their primary function is to generate steam, create pressure and build up heat to sterilize medical tools, flasks, beakers and all other medical and research items which needs to be free from bacteria, viruses and all forms of organics.

Our standard range includes a 22 ltr, 35 ltr, 70 ltr, 111ltr and 152 ltr options. These units are extensively used in hospitals and biotechnology laboratories. A vertical autoclave is manufactured in three different designs Economy model, Deluxe Model and Triple Walled. The difference between these models explained below:
Economy Model: In this economy vertical autoclave external surface is made of painted mild steel sheet and inner chamber is made of stainless steel. The lid is made of painted MS but inner part is made of stainless steel sheet. Pressure is controlled through automatic pressure switch.
Deluxe model: In Deluxe vertical autoclave, both inner chamber and external chamber are made of stainless steel and lid is also made of stainless steel. Radial locking system, ring and stand are made of chrome plate MS.
Triple Walled: Triple walled vertical autoclaves are highly effective sterilization equipment and considered most suitable for most of applications. These vertical autoclaves are made with three walls and all walls are made of stainless steel; while radial locking system, ring and stand are made from chrome plated MS. It has steam stock option, where steam is first generated in jacket and then transferred into sterilization chamber.

For your convenience, we are listing down the operational steps for easy assembly and use.
Steps to safely operate a Vertical Autoclave
1. Unlock the outer chamber by rotating the lock mechanism.
2. Open the lid by pressing the lift using your leg and rotate to place in lift mode.
3. Add sufficient level of water for steam generation.
4. Insert the inner chamber.
5. Place the items to be sterlized in the inner chamber.
6. Close the lid and turn the power on
7. Monitor change in temperature and pressure till desired levels have been achieved.
8. Release steam/pressure if necessary
9. Turn-off power once the process is complete and release the steam/pressure using the release valve.
10. Carefully remove the sterlized products.
Main Temperature Control: The Main Temperature Control consists of the digital display and UP and DOWN arrow pads for inputting set point temperatures and calibration of the autoclave machine.
Heating Lamp: This pilot lamp is ON when the unit is heating up to set point and is blinking when controlling temperature at set point.
Water level indicator: It is provided for indicating the water inside the chamber. It should not be more than it‘s mentioned level .
Safety valve: It provide for safety from high pressure condition. Safety valve becomes open when pressure of the chamber becomes high.
Pressure release valve: Use pressure release valve to release pressure of the chamber the horizontal autoclave after completion of work. It is a manual handle attached with system .
Water release valve: Use water release valve for releasing water from working chamber of the system.
Pressure gauge: It is pneumatic type pressure gauge. It is provided on front side of the machine for pressure display of working chamber.
Lift Pedal: Unlike their horizontal counterparts, pedal mechanism acts as a support to lift the heavy lid of the sterilizer.
Pressure Control Switch: Cut down the electrical connection when certain pressure reaches its set value inside the chamber.
