Sanitization Chamber
A sanitization chamber/sanitization booth is an enclosed chamber which is used to remove foreign/unwanted virus on the person walking into it. There are 2 doors, one is for entry and the other one is used for exit after the cleaning process is complete. This is mainly done at the time of entry or exit points. The process is pretty simple, disinfectant is sprayed from multiple directions, directly on the person inside to kill the virus on the body. Spray nozzles are specially designed to ensure adequate spray of disinfectant on the user to ensure 100% sanitization.

The chamber can be placed at the entry and exit points of sensitive places like hospitals, malls and office buildings to disinfect the personnel and avoid the spread of infectious pandemics like coronavirus.
Our Sanitization Chamber is a Walk-through chamber for sanitizing the whole human body from head to toe. A fully automatic Disinfecting Chamber that can be switched on and off by using sensor technology. This machine can completely disinfect 1 person per min. This machine is installed with a 100 liter tank and it operates on the lowest consumption of the sanitation consumable. This walkthrough enclosure is designed for personnel decontamination, one person at a time. This is a portable system equipped with sanitizer and soap dispensers.
The decontamination is started using a switch ON at the entry. Upon entering the chamber, an electrically operated pump creates a disinfectant mist of hypo sodium chloride for disinfecting. The mist spray is calibrated for the operation of 25 secs and stops automatically indicating the completion of the operation. As per the procedure, personnel undergoing disinfection will need to keep their eyes closed while inside the chamber. Approximately 650 personnel can pass through the chamber for disinfection until a refill is required. The system has seen-through glass panels on sidewalls for monitoring purposes and is fitted with lights for illumination during night time operations. A separate operator cabin is provided to monitor overall operations.
